In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive sales mindset. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to company growth through strategic outreach and relationship management. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing to prospective clients . Create appointments for sales teams. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present our products/services effectively Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries Negotiate terms and close sales deals in collaboration with the sales team Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions Requirements Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and customer engagement strategies Knowledge of marketing principles and business development techniques Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized workflows This role offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in business development while contributing significantly to our company's success.
