Since then, we've grown through our unwavering commitment to client care, design expertise, and industry experience- while maintaining the close-knit, supportive culture of a family-run company. Position Summary We're looking for a passionate and creative Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll help clients bring their vision to life through custom window treatment solutions. This position blends creativity, sales, and customer service, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact in transforming living spaces. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Recommend and present custom window treatment options tailored to each client's design goals. Manage both inside and outside sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and nurture client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. Qualifications Experience in Window treatments, interior design, home remodeling, or a related field is highly preferred . Strong eye for style, detail, and current home décor trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Comfortable with basic math skills for measurements and order processing. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right candidate with a passion for design and a willingness to learn.

$80,840.00 - $200,000.00 per year
