We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our sales team by creating quotes, building PowerPoint presentations, researching products, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Create customer quotes using QuoteWerks Process quote revisions and updates Build PowerPoint presentations for gym build projects Research fitness equipment, flooring, and manufacturer products Gather product specifications and website links Maintain customer information in Pipedrive CRM Support multiple sales representatives simultaneously Communicate with manufacturers regarding pricing and product information Assist with additional sales support tasks as needed Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent multitasking and time management skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & PowerPoint) Professional written and verbal communication Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Sales support or estimating Project coordination CRM software experience QuoteWerks experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Hourly wage based on experience.
