Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I Dedicated to supporting our life-saving mission through donor recruitment and blood drive coordination. Yo u will support team collection goals by assisting with donor recruitment efforts and engaging blood drive coordinators to maximize participation, with a strong emphasis on acquiring first-time donors. While this role does not typically carry individual collection goals, you may assume responsibility for a territory when providing extended coverage. M- F 8:30-5:00 pm occasional weekends/evenings

Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention. Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems. Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
