Sales Account Executive Position Overview The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, conducting outreach efforts, developing relationships with decision-makers, attending social mixer functions, scheduling meetings, and assisting in the expansion of Echelon Security Group's client portfolio throughout California. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the company's founder who brings years of experience in executive leadership for multiple corporations, law enforcement agencies and non-profit organizations. The successful candidate will receive hands-on mentoring and training in the fields of professional sales, networking and client development. Initially, the primary focus of this position will be lead generation, networking, prospect development, follow-up communications, and pipeline creation. As experience and proficiency increase, the Sales Account Executive will assume greater responsibility for managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution. Starting compensation is negotiable based upon your experience. Earning potential is very promising at sales incentives will be offered in addition to the base salary. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research. Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and sales opportunities. Conduct follow-up communications with prospective clients. Represent Echelon Security Group in a professional manner at networking events, business functions, and client meetings. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications. Collaborate with company leadership to advance sales opportunities and close new business. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Prior sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience preferred but not required. Experience in security services, law enforcement, public safety, education, facilities management, or related industries is a plus.
