As a local family‑owned business, exceptional customer service is our top priority. We are currently expanding and looking for a full‑time Residential Salesperson. Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Residential Salesperson with a background in the window industry. This role focuses on working with our existing contractors while helping us grow our contractor network and expand our presence in the new‑construction and tract‑home market. You will represent multiple window brands and also sell custom shower enclosures and mirrors. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing contractors Develop new contractor accounts and grow our new‑construction/tract‑home customer base Sell multiple window brands and custom shower/mirror products Conduct on‑site visits if needed and customer consultations Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on leads Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Represent The Glass Shop professionally in the field and in the community Qualifications Experience in the window industry is required Strong sales skills with an enthusiastic, self‑driven attitude Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Ability to learn and explain product lines clearly Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Professional appearance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage plus commission on sales Company vehicle provided for work‑related travel Opportunity for long‑term growth within a well‑established family business Supportive, team‑oriented work environment
