Farmers Market Sales Rep The Mulk Co. - 3.3 Vista, CA Job Details Contract $19 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Sales Customer service Driver's License Driving Product demos Full Job Description Overview The Mulk Co is seeking high-energy, enthusiastic, and reliable Farmers Market Sales Representatives to sample and sell our handcrafted almond milk at local farmers markets in San Diego (North County) for the coming summer season (2026). This is a proactive, customer-facing role focused on engaging market visitors, continuously offering samples, and converting conversations into sales throughout the shift. It is not a passive support position. Success comes from confidence, consistency, and a strong drive to sell while working independently on your feet in an outdoor environment. Responsibilities Actively engage market visitors to the booth to sample mulk Offer samples throughout the market shift (high sampling volume required) Educate customers on products, ingredients, and brand story Convert conversations into sales Set up, maintain, and break down a visually appealing booth Process transactions and manage end-of-day sales reporting Track inventory and share customer feedback and insights Transport products and booth gear to and from market locations Qualifications Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or product demo experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Schedule Availability to commit to every Sunday. Approximately 8-hour shifts. Seasonal position (summer 2026) Compensation $20-23/hr (W2) Sales commission Performance bonuses (on monthly targets) Employee discount on Mulk products. About The Mulk Co.
