Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, generating new leads, and driving revenue growth across designated territories. The Sales Representative will utilize CRM software and marketing strategies to identify opportunities, deliver product demos, and upsell solutions to existing clients. A passion for technology sales and customer service is essential to succeed in this position. With more than 20 years of experience, we are looking to add someone ready to jump in and contribute. The sky is the limit on earnings! Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories through territory management and lead generation. Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and direct sales activities to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client requirements, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development efforts. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements related to our products. Provide feedback from clients to the management team for continuous improvement of products and services. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Expertise in territory management, lead generation, account management, and direct sales strategies. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication abilities for delivering product demos and closing deals. Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective business development strategies. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for promoting products effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
