What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the sale Represent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!) The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
