Job Description

About the Role Monogram International is seeking a Licensed Product Development & Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports the Senior VP of Sales & Licensing and spans licensing operations, product development, and retail sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple internal teams, licensors, and retail partners to help move licensed products from concept through launch. Key Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional licensed product development by working with licensors, buyers, the art team, and internal departments from concept through approval and production. Serve as a liaison with overseas art teams on product artwork, revisions, and licensor approvals during the development process. Draft, review, and analyze licensing contracts and vendor agreements to support licensing operations and internal documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for third-party sales representatives, supporting sales initiatives and key retail partnerships. Support retail account initiatives with partners including Hot Topic, Amazon, Target, and Walmart. Review sales performance data to help inform product priorities, sales materials, and retail strategies. Create and distribute line lists, product presentations, and sales support materials for internal teams and sales representatives. Write product copy for major retailer websites, ensuring accurate descriptions aligned with brand and licensor guidelines. Coordinate product sample requests from approval through shipment for licensor approvals, sales presentations, and retailer needs. Edit and proofread the company's annual product catalog and marketing materials for consistency and accuracy. Support planning and on-site coordination for major industry trade shows including San Diego Comic-Con and New York Toy Fair. Maintain organized records of licensing approvals, sales documentation, vendor agreements, and product assets What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in licensing, consumer products, retail, or a related field preferred. Comfortable working with contracts, sales data, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or product management systems a plus. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and writing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
