$25.00 - $30.00 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports the sales team by handling order processing, customer communication, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-up in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities Track and obtain material certifications for outgoing orders Send material certifications and tracking information to customers upon request Enter and maintain accurate sales orders in the system Assist the sales team with customer follow-up and administrative support tasks Source non-stock materials from vendors as needed Monitor and follow up on open drop shipments with vendors and branch locations Coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing departments regarding order and job status Assist with order cancellations, RMAs, credits, and will-call orders Support sales by obtaining manufacturing cost information from internal fabrication departments Contact customers to collect credit card payment information Work with Accounts Receivable regarding orders on credit hold Maintain organized and accurate sales and purchasing documentation Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ years of experience in industrial sales support, customer service, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working with customers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments Proficient with computer systems and data entry
