Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team for our Mobile Doctor Company. In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts within designated territories. Your passion for sales, combined with your strategic mindset, will drive revenue growth and elevate our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development, management, and technical sales to make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions effectively. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions to prospective customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage, sales potential, and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Sheets/Airtable to track interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support for account management. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management with an emphasis on relationship building. Familiarity with CRM software such as Airtable or similar platforms for managing leads and sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is highly desirable. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
