The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , has prior Hilton hotel sales experience , and is knowledgeable in Salesforce, PEP, and/or OnQ systems .This is a full-time position offering benefits must have a flexible schedule . Responsibilities Assist guests and clients with information regarding hotel services, events, and group bookings Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships Support the sales team with social media, promotions, and special events Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure successful event execution Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Proven office management experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated phone etiquette skills along with professional communication abilities Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles that involved multitasking and time management Previous hotel sales experience, preferably with Hilton brands Experience using Salesforce, PEP, and/or OnQ systems Join us to be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, professionalism, and bilingual communication!
