This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage key accounts, and develop new business within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a background in B2B sales, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through territory management, lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about technical sales, product demonstrations, and upselling premium solutions to clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory growth and revenue targets. Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation efforts. Conduct product demos and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our windows and doors solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management and personalized service. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Provide ongoing customer support post-sale, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling additional products or services. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth within assigned territories. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our products and services. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales 1-2 years, B2B sales, or technology sales within the building materials or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and account portfolios effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for customer engagement and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines. Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, or marketing campaigns. Ability to deliver compelling product demos that highlight technical features and benefits of windows & doors solutions. Strong analysis skills to evaluate market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic planning. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and a passion for achieving sales targets. Knowledge of territory management techniques and experience in upselling or cross-selling products is preferred.
