Job Description

Job Overview:
The Sales Advisor is a key growth-focused role at Stealth Protective Solutions LLC. This position combines traditional consultative selling with modern digital outreach. The Sales Advisor is responsible for identifying client needs, securing new service agreements, and serving as a "brand ambassador" through active social media engagement and live streaming.
Core Responsibilities Lead Generation & Consultative Selling:
Actively identify prospective clients and conduct needs-assessments to recommend effective protective solutions.
Social Media Content Creation:
Create, edit, and post engaging content (photos, reels, and updates) to the company's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts to drive brand awareness and inbound leads.
Live Streaming:
Conduct regularly scheduled Live Streams on social platforms to showcase company services, answer community questions, and provide "behind-the-scenes" looks at Stealth Protective Solutions.
Proposal Delivery:
Prepare and present professional quotes and service proposals to decision-makers.
Account Management:
Maintain communication with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting:
Update the CRM daily with lead status and digital engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills Digital Fluency:
High level of comfort with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including knowledge of current trends, algorithms, and video editing.
On-Camera Presence:
Confident, professional, and engaging personality when live streaming or recording video content.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to manage time effectively between traditional sales outreach and content creation. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding team members or managing small teams during shifts Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous for understanding fast-paced sales dynamics Ability to demonstrate products confidently through demos and upselling techniques Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and cashiering best practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role
