This entry-level Business Development Associate role is designed for individuals eager to gain real-world experience in sales, account management, and customer engagement, while growing within an organization. As a Business Development Associate, you will support client growth initiatives by executing face-to-face sales, strengthening account management practices, and delivering exceptional customer engagement experiences. Through hands-on training, you'll develop the skills needed to confidently represent fiber internet solutions, generate new business, and manage customer relationships. Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate Execute daily sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships through effective account management and consistent customer engagement Present fiber internet products and promotions, focusing on value-driven sales and personalized engagement Support business expansion efforts through strategic account management and territory growth initiatives Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure positive engagement outcomes Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and enhance account management strategies Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, account management, and customer engagement development Track performance metrics related to sales goals, client retention, and engagement success Qualifications desired of the Business Development Associate 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or account management (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building Interest in developing a career in sales, business development, and account management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
