You'll be the driving force behind our rental operation—building relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every customer interaction ends in success.

What You'll Do:

Take ownership of customer interactions—both in person and over the phone Identify the right equipment solutions for each job and close the rental Manage orders accurately and keep the operation moving smoothly Work directly with dispatch and service teams to ensure on-time delivery Anticipate customer needs and recommend additional solutions Maintain strong product knowledge and stay sharp on process and systems

What You Bring:

Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and earns trust Driven, organized, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for direction Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep a cool head under pressure Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-moving environment Experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics a plus—but not required
