Client Overview:
Our client is a prestigious luxury retail brand known for delivering exceptional client experiences, premium products, and world-class service. They are looking to add a Luxury Client Advisor to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$28/hr - $36/hr +
Commission Position Overview:
The Client Advisor will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborates closely with team members to achieve store goals. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Luxury Client Advisor:
Deliver best-in-class customer service to create a memorable luxury shopping experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client retention. Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and remain current on collections, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Maintain store presentation standards and assist with product displays and floor moves as needed. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Uphold brand standards through professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Assist with loss prevention efforts and maintain accurate inventory controls. Adapt to changing business needs and maintain flexibility with workload and scheduling requirements. Required Experience/Skills for the
Luxury Client Advisor:
2 - 5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Luxury Client Advisor:
Experience utilizing CRM systems or managing a client book. Background in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry, watches, or other premium goods categories. Strong understanding of luxury service standards and clienteling best practices. A polished, service-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
