Mississippi Ave., Aurora, CO 80012 About Us Bud's Built Cabinetry is a cabinet shop run by Bud's Warehouse, a non-profit social enterprise that has been rebuilding lives through second chance employment and job training since 1994. We're part of Belay Enterprises, a faith-based nonprofit incubator. Our team builds RTA Shaker cabinets in-house using furniture-grade birch plywood, dovetail drawers, soft-close hardware, and a six-coat catalyzed finish. We price 20-30% below big-box stores and deliver in 3-4 weeks. But what truly sets us apart is who builds them. Our shop is powered by apprentices—men and women rebuilding their lives after incarceration, homelessness, or addiction. Through hands-on training, they gain real trade skills, work experience, and a path forward. Every cabinet we sell directly supports that mission. The Role This is not just a sales job. It's a consultative role at the intersection of craftsmanship, construction, and mission. You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners and contractors purchasing kitchen and/or bathroom cabinetry. The core of this job is guiding customers through the design and ordering process: Review customers' construction plans, floor plans, or kitchen/bath layouts to understand their space: wall dimensions, ceiling heights, windows, doors, plumbing, and appliance locations Help them select the right combination of base, wall, tall, vanity, and specialty cabinets, plus moldings, fillers, and accessories to complete their project Provide accurate quotes, manage orders from consultation through delivery, and coordinate with our production shop on specs and lead times Work with contractors and workshop manager to catch layout issues early. For contractors, you'll be a knowledgeable partner who can work from architectural drawings and turn orders around quickly. For homeowners tackling their first remodel, you'll be a patient guide who helps them feel confident in their choices. Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking families, and they deserve the full experience in the language they're most comfortable with. What We're Looking For Required Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (retail, home improvement, or any service environment) Experience in cabinetry, kitchen/bath, or building materials sales Comfortable with consultative selling: listening first, then recommending Organized enough to manage multiple customer projects at different stages Motivated by Bud's mission of creating jobs that rebuild lives Available to work Saturdays (required for both full-time and part-time) Commitment to Bud's Warehouse/ Belay Enterprises' mission and values and a willingness to sign the organization's statement of faith Nice to Have Ability to read construction plans, floor plans, or architectural drawings Familiarity with cabinet sizing or design software (2020 Design, SketchUp, etc.) Compensation Base:
$32,000 annually (full-time). Part-time employees receive an hourly base wage. Commission:
4% commission on closed cabinet sales. Expected Earnings:
Full-time employees can reasonably expect total annual compensation of $55,000-$65,000 based on sales performance. Top performers may earn more as the business grows. Benefits:
