Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and increasing sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. Your enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and negotiation skills will help you connect with clients across diverse markets, including energy solutions, solar sales, and more. Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Present product offerings effectively, highlighting benefits and technical features related to energy and solar solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines regularly. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals successfully while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless account management. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy or solar sales preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce; familiarity with CRM management is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer outreach is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward lead generation. Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities to motivate yourself and others.
