Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor Auto on inside sales and support calls. The right person for this role in our front office must be self-motivated, task and goal oriented, and able to multi-task with minimal oversight. This role is a very consistent Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm in office job. We are seeking someone local to help our team continue to grow this family owned business. You will be responsible for proactively processing and generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer outreach. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You will also be responsible for a multitude of daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, accounting, reporting and other duties required by management. You will work closely with other team members and management in multiple areas to ensure the schedule gets filled and customers are served properly. This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determine the purpose of the call, and collect/verify contact information. Field web leads to provide quotes for customers reaching out online and via email/text message. Enter all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system to provide an accurate service quote for the customer to decide about. Utilize insurance partnerships to set up auto glass claims and ensure paperwork for the claim is processed properly. Close the sale and get the customer scheduled. Order job materials and shop supplies to ensure the technicians have everything they need to complete jobs for customers. Collect payment from customers and file paperwork internally for record keeping. Assist with rental truck reservations and returns.
Job Requirements:
Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications Proficiency to navigate computer based technology (customer follow up, ordering, scheduling) Comfortability talking to prospects & customers over the phone and in-person Excellent communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Commitment to world class customer service Being able to make decisions quickly and efficiently Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
