$65,000-$90,000 Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE $135,000+) About Us We are growing and adding a New Product Sales Representative to help expand our market presence. For over 60 years, Thomas B. Mansfield & TM Service have been trusted partners for commercial and industrial boiler room solutions across Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska. As a family-owned company, we support critical facilities with equipment sales, installation, service, controls, rentals, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. What You'll Do Drive New Business Prospect and develop new relationships across your territory Engage facility managers, engineers, contractors, and end users Identify equipment upgrade and replacement opportunities through site visits Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry activity Build and maintain a strong, forward-looking pipeline Own the Customer Relationship Serve as a trusted advisor—not just a salesperson Build long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, project management) Stay engaged throughout the full project lifecycle Grow Your Territory Develop and execute a strategic growth plan Track activity and opportunities in CRM Monitor bid opportunities, capital projects, and market activity Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs Deliver Results Consistently work toward revenue and growth goals Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility Contribute to sales strategy and market expansion efforts What We're Looking For Experience (Preferred) Outside sales / business development Industrial, mechanical, HVAC, boiler, construction, or facilities-related industries Prospecting, territory management, and relationship-driven sales Traits That Lead to Success Self-motivated with a strong internal drive to win Comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities Resilient and persistent through long sales cycles Resourceful and proactive in overcoming obstacles Strong communicator with a consultative approach Curious and eager to learn technical products Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and follow-through Why This Role Stands Out This role is built for a self-motivated,true hunter who understands that high-value, technical sales take time.
