Our platform includes smart thermostats, energy management, staff safety, leak detection, and asset tracking systems designed specifically for hotels. Job description We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support hotel customers through training, onsite installations (4-5 days per month), monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and upselling additional services.
Compensation:
Expected Total Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 No cap on commission What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of hotel customers and build long-term relationships. Train hotel staff on Anacove systems and best practices. Conduct onsite installations approximately once per month. Monitor new and underperforming properties to improve connectivity, energy savings, and overall performance. Troubleshoot customer issues remotely and onsite; escalate to engineering as needed. Identify and drive upsell opportunities for additional Anacove products and services. Coordinate with sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What it takes to succeed:
2+ years in customer success, hospitality, technical support, or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Basic technical troubleshooting skills; Wi-Fi, HVAC, or IoT experience preferred. Organized, proactive, and self-motivated; able to manage multiple accounts and travel 4-5 days per month. Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 40 lbs and work onsite at hotel properties. Hospitality or hotel technology experience preferred.
