This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with domestic and international customers. The Inside Sales Representative will act as a main point of contact for assigned product lines, helping customers with questions, orders, parts, shipping, warranty, inventory, and other account needs. This position requires strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with internal departments to provide the best possible customer service.

Pay:

$25-27/hr

DOE Responsibilities:

Assist customers with orders, warranty questions, parts, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and sales-related questions Research customer concerns and help determine the root issue Provide solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Communicate updates and status reports to customers and internal teams Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system Generate, review, and communicate reports as needed Work with internal departments to solve customer issues efficiently Support the overall Inside Sales team as needed Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of Inside Sales Representative experience required Inside sales experience must be in a professional sales/customer support environment, not call center only 2-3 years of ERP system experience required Experience working with international customers is helpful, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills High attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer needs at once Strong math, measurements, and numbers skills Mechanical aptitude is preferred Ability to lift and/or maneuver up to 20 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or be on-call as needed #

INDEG Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
