They handle everything from the initial exterior home inspection, to processing the final paperwork that goes through when a renovation is complete. Please note that this is an Outside Sales Position , with a monthly quota. Come join our sales team and you'll receive Base Salary $56,800/year plus commissions. An industry-leading, high paying commission plan. No cap on earnings! The tools needed to perform the job, such as proven sales training program, shirts, and an entire marketing team on staff. A complete support team to help ensure your success. 15 Days Paid Time off. Excellent potential for advancement! Health, vision and dental! 401K.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Generating new business by completing inspections assigned territories Providing clients with the highest level of satisfaction in customer service Maintaining consistent communication with both the client & with the sales /production Responsible for managing and maintaining confidential client documents Follow all Roof Co. sales processes and guidelines Requirements for Qualified Candidates A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude. Desire to be a part of a growing and dynamic team environment Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff. A highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest work ethic. A current, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
