Role:

As a Car Key Sales Technician, you will receive paid training to learn how to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs. This role combines technical skills with customer service, providing an opportunity to develop valuable career experience in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and perform key cutting, duplication, and programming with accuracy Assist customers by diagnosing and resolving key-related issues Interact professionally with customers, manage sales transactions, and close sales confidently Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and key production using digital systems Perform physical tasks such as retrieving vehicle information and handling hardware

Training Program Includes:

Paid, hands-on training in key cutting, programming, and sales techniques Customer service skills development Sales process training and customer satisfaction strategies

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (MVR check required) Dependable with reliable transportation Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable with physical tasks related to vehicle information retrieval and hardware handling Why Join Us?
