Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representative to help grow our drone-powered exterior cleaning business. This is a commission and bonus-based opportunity with strong earning potential for someone who is self-driven, professional, and comfortable working both in the field and with clients. This role combines sales, customer outreach, and hands-on job site support. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, building relationships, and being part of a fast-growing innovative service company. Responsibilities Generate and pursue new business opportunities Visit commercial properties, hotels, apartment complexes, and facilities to introduce services Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling estimates Earn commission on successfully closed projects Support on-site operations during cleaning projects Assist the drone operator during jobs and help maintain safe work environments Help with setup, preparation, and general project coordination Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Sales experience is preferred but not required Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working outdoors and at various job sites Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Interest in technology, drones, or exterior cleaning services is a plus Compensation Commission-based pay on closed projects Performance bonuses available High earning potential with growth opportunities Flexible schedule opportunities Uncapped commission About Us We specialize in drone-powered exterior cleaning services that safely clean buildings without the need for lifts, scaffolding, or major disruption to the property.
