Job Description

Dog Training company is seeking a full-time Sales/Customer Service Representative Full Time Hours Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm, Sunday and Monday off The successful candidate will be a positive, goal oriented, team player who provides excellent customer service to clients and staff. The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the team with new client sales.
Duties include:
managing and converting leads into consultations, answering phone calls, texts and emails, setting up appointments, and other duties as assigned. Must be proficient in word, excel and various other applications as requested, have reliable transportation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor in a busy facility. Our team is successful, competitive and enjoys the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and results to our clients and their dogs.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be goal oriented Must have the ability to convert leads into consultation appointments Must be persistent, focused, hungry and understand the importance of sales in the business process. Professional appearance Base salary plus bonus.
