Job Summary As our home service sales rep, your primary focus will be selling recurring window cleaning plans and home maintenance packages — building a book of business that generates consistent revenue for you and the company. This role is ideal for an experienced D2D sales professional who wants the opportunity to develop into leadership without stepping away from the field. What You'll Do Conduct daily door-to-door sales in assigned residential territories Sell window cleaning service plans and recurring maintenance packages to homeowners Follow proven sales scripts and contribute feedback to improve team processes Track and report weekly on personal activity, pipeline, and revenue Represent Cultivate House Detailing professionally in every customer interaction Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets What We're Looking For 1+ years of door-to-door, direct, or field sales experience with a proven close rate Experience selling service agreements, maintenance plans, or subscription-based products is strongly preferred Comfortable working independently Professional appearance and strong communication skills High integrity, reliable, and punctual Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Why Work With Us 20/hr Base +
