Base Pay ($16.00 per hour) + Performance Pay | Paid Training | Unlimited Earning Potential Position Overview HoneyBrush Painting is hiring a high-performing Project Consultant to drive revenue across our Residential and Commercial divisions. This role is designed for a true closer—someone who understands sales psychology, controls the sales process, and thrives in a performance-based environment where income is tied directly to results. No painting experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive Paid Training and ongoing Mentoring to master our estimating systems and job scoping. What we value most is your proven sales ability, confidence with clients, and the discipline to consistently close high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management:
Execute sales presentations for company-provided leads while aggressively generating additional opportunities through canvassing, referrals, and local networking.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and commercial decision-makers across South Denver, Castle Rock, Monument, and Colorado Springs.
Project Scoping & Closing:
Assess project needs, present professional proposals, and secure signed contracts.
Seamless PM Handoff:
Accurately document project scopes to ensure a smooth handoff to the Project Manager, protecting both margins and the customer experience. What You Bring to the
Table The Closer Mentality:
Proven experience in sales, high-ticket in-home sales, or B2B environments. You know how to ask for the order.
Hunter Mindset:
You aren't content waiting for the phone to ring. You have the drive to self-source leads and maximize your territory's potential.
Professional Presence:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with homeowners and property managers.
Logistics:
Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel (South Denver to Colorado Springs). Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Compensation & Premium Benefits Expected Annual Earnings:
$100,000 - $150,000+
