What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to warm leads Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team Following a structured daily call schedule Tracking your performance and pushing to exceed goals Bringing energy and focus every single day This is a metrics-driven environment. The scoreboard matters. What We're Looking For Punctual — early is on time, on time is late Coachable and disciplined Strong communicator who isn't afraid of the phone Competitive and motivated by results Resilient — you don't fold when the day gets tough Phone or sales experience is a plus — but mindset and work ethic matter more. We will train the right person. What We Offer $18/hr base pay + three types of bonuses Team average: $22-$35/hr with bonuses Top performers: $35-$50/hr Automatic performance review after 30 days Clear expectations and clear advancement path Paid training and daily coaching A team culture built around winning You'll be surrounded by people who show up, work hard, and celebrate results.
Schedule Options Part-Time:
