Overview Native Roofing & Solar is expanding into Denver after building a strong foundation in Colorado Springs. We are hiring an Exterior Restoration Sales Consultant for our new Denver office. This is a high-income opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants warm leads, strong operational support, and a real path to leadership as we grow. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience in outside sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, solar sales, commission sales, account executive work, business development, account management, project sales, lead generation, or territory sales. Experience in roofing sales, storm restoration, insurance restoration, construction sales, Denver sales, hail damage, and wind damage is helpful, but not required. We can teach the exterior restoration process to the right closer. As an Exterior Restoration Sales Consultant, you will help homeowners make confident decisions about roofing, siding, windows, solar, and storm restoration projects. You will build trust, conduct homeowner consultations, follow up with warm leads, inspect properties, explain project options, and close sales while being supported by leadership, production, and office teams. Responsibilities include:
Meet with homeowners for homeowner consultations related to roofing, siding, windows, solar, and exterior restoration Follow up with warm leads and convert qualified appointments into signed agreements Build lasting client relationships through clear communication, trust, and strong follow-up Self-generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, canvassing, social media, local relationships, and territory sales activity Inspect properties for hail damage, wind damage, roof damage, siding damage, and storm-related exterior damage Help homeowners understand retail project options and insurance restoration options Support homeowners through the claims process, adjuster meetings, project planning, and final payment Present exterior restoration solutions in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions Work closely with sales leadership, production, office support, and subcontractor partners Maintain accurate notes, project details, lead activity, and follow-up in company systems or CRM tools Manage multiple project sales opportunities from inspection to closeout What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional closer who can sell, communicate, follow up, and represent the company well in the field. Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience in outside sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, solar sales, account executive work, business development, account management, project sales, territory sales, lead generation, or commission sales Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong closing ability and professional follow-up Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners Comfortable working in person throughout the Denver metro area Comfortable with homeowner conversations, appointments, property inspections, and follow-up Self-motivated, organized, and accountable Able to manage multiple leads and projects at the same time Comfortable using CRM systems or sales tools to track leads, activity, and customer communication Comfortable with a commission-based sales role Construction, roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claim experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn the exterior restoration process, including roofing, siding, windows, solar, storm damage, and insurance restoration Compensation This is a commission-based sales role with expected annual earnings of $100,000-$400,000+, depending on performance, close rate, project volume, and individual production.
