As we continue expanding our presence at farmers markets, trade shows, and community events across the Denver metro area, we are seeking reliable and high-energy individuals to represent our brand. Role Summary The Event & Farmers Market Sales Representative is responsible for representing AlcheMeats at local markets and events. This role focuses on customer engagement, product education and direct sales. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable and comfortable initiating conversations with customers in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires both sales ability and physical involvement in booth setup and breakdown. Key Responsibilities Arriving early, setting up and breaking down event booth equipment, canopy and displays Engage customers and educate them about AlcheMeats seasoning blends Drive direct-to-consumer sales at events Process transactions using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized and professional booth presence Represent the AlcheMeats brand with energy, integrity and professionalism Qualifications Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable) Reliable transportation that's large enough for market materials (Subaru Crosstrek is large enough) Must have a phone that is able to connect to a Bluetooth credit card reader (or ability to tap to pay on phone) Comfortable talking to strangers Passionate about food, grilling, or cooking Outgoing, positive, and coachable Available for weekend events (Friday-Sunday) Able to lift 40-50 lbs (weights, canopies, product, etc.) Ability to store market supplies in a secure area between markets Previous retail, sales or farmers market experience is a plus! Compensation Competitive hourly pay ($25/hour) PLUS performance-based bonuses!
