You will work alongside a dynamic and passionate team focused on achieving outstanding results. You'll listen to customer needs, educate homeowners on available options, and provide the best comfort solutions to improve their home and quality of life.Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between the customer and operations team Build strong customer rapport by establishing know, like, and trust Develop customer relationships while negotiating and closing deals Provide accurate and complete sales proposals with seamless handoff to the installation team Create confident buyers by educating customers on products, solutions, and pricing Generate excitement and enthusiasm that encourages customer referrals and positive reviews Verify preferred installation dates and communicate details to the install coordinator Own customer follow-up and retention throughout the entire sales process Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer satisfactionEquipment Knowledge:
Minimum 5+ years of HVAC industry experience and 5+ years in sales Complete equipment replacement forms with all required information, including: Heat loss calculations Equipment sizing and dimensions Equipment location Ensure all proposals and equipment selections are approved by ownership when required Identify and communicate any additional tools or equipment needed for the projectCommunication:
Communicate all project details clearly with Install Coordination and Department Managers Ensure smooth transitions between sales, installation, and customer follow-upQualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to understand profitability and operational impact Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills Familiar with local HVAC codes and company product lines Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Flexible and adaptable within the HVAC industryBenefits :
