Job Description:

We go out into neighborhoods and offer to set up a free attic assessments for home owners. If they would like to learn more about their attic insulation levels, the option of adding air sealing, attic fans, LED's, & smart thermostats, we set appointments for consultants to go back, interview the home, and talk with them more.

Responsibilities:

Speak with homeowners about federal subsidies available for upgrading energy efficiencies Collect information and schedule appointments to connect home owners with certified technicians for a free attic inspection. Conduct initial qualification of homes for the program fit Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Recruit and manage a team of appointment setters generating upwards of 50 qualified leads a week. Qualifications:

2 years previous experience in door to door Desire to grow professionally and learn new skills Reliable transportation and a personal cell phone Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in the field Comfortable managing a team
