Sales Coordinator /
Sales Operations Associate Salary:
$48,000-$60,000 per year + performance bonus
Location:
Denver Tech Center (In‑office, Monday-Friday)

Full‑time About Us We are a fast‑growing provider of fleet management and fleet financing solutions, helping businesses optimize their vehicle operations through data, technology, and tailored financial programs. Our clients include construction, engineering, service companies, and corporate fleets nationwide. We are expanding and seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Associate to support our commercial team. What You'll Do Source and recommend vehicles and upfits that match client needs Negotiate pricing with vendors to secure competitive discounts Build accurate, client‑ready proposals with detailed pricing and specifications Maintain clean, timely data in HubSpot (proposals, vendor communication, upfit updates) Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations to ensure on‑time vehicle delivery Track sales progress and analyze performance trends to improve conversion rates Support cross‑functional alignment with marketing, finance, and operations teams What We're Looking For 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, commercial coordination, or similar Experience in fleet, automotive, leasing, logistics, or financial services preferred Strong organizational skills with a low error rate Proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office; workflow automation experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Nice to Have Understanding of B2B sales cycles and contract structures Familiarity with vehicle financing or upfitting Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary + performance bonus Growth and professional development opportunities Collaborative, supportive team environment 401(k), PTO, flexible scheduling In‑office role near the
