The Bill Doran Company is looking for a relationship-oriented Sales Representative with floral industry experience to join the Denver team.
The ideal candidate is:
Organized, accurate and efficient. Experienced in account management and increasing top-line sales. Flexible and eager to support team operations.
Schedule :
Full-time, five-day workweek Sunday availability required Consistent Saturday off One additional rotating weekday off each week Additional hours required during peak and holiday seasons
Wage:
Expected annual earnings start at $41,600, with opportunities for increased earnings through sales commissions as performance and responsibilities grow. Job Responsibilities :
Develops strong product knowledge and educates customers on fresh flower and hardgoods products. Develops new business with existing customers through phone calls, electronic communications and customer site visits. Creates and updates customer profiles including key contacts, buying trends and future opportunities. Partners with buyers to identify market trends, promotional opportunities and new product offerings. Provides exemplary customer service in all interactions with customers including greeting, answering inquiries, answering or transferring of phone calls, taking messages, informing customers of sales, or any other customer interactions. Unloading inbound shipments and stocking shelves creating well-organized displays. Assists with warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit, stand, walk and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally move heavier product with assistance. Ability to perform repetitive tasks including typing, reaching, bending and handling floral products and supplies. Ability to travel locally for customer visits as needed.
