The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a sales environment [not call center] to ensure that domestic and international customers are retained and satisfied.
Job Highlights:
Build and develop relationships with your customer base Provide status reports to customers/stakeholders as required Conduct effective and efficient assessment with the customer for clarity of issue and to determine root concern Problem solve and provide solutions to assist the customer in the following areas (but not limited to); warranty, parts, orders, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and sales Data entry & sales report generation What we look for: 5+ yrs experience as an Inside Sales Rep (not call center) 2+ yrs experience with an ERP system International clientele exposure Mechanically inclined, preferred Attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to set appropriate priorities Strong orientation for math, measurements and numbers #2989
