We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, providing product information, and offering solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Respond to inbound inquiries and leads generated through various channels (phone, email, website, etc.). Qualify leads and determine customer needs and requirements.
Sales and Customer Service:
Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers. Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales and achieve sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the outside/inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer support. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in the HVAC/Hydronics industry. Strong understanding of HVAC/Hydronics products and solutions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
