Each phase typically involves a 10-week ramp-up period to progress to the next phase, though this timeline varies depending on individual performance.

Pay:
The starting pay range for this position is $20/hour + uncapped commission potential. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, academic achievements and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
Role Expectations:
