This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering uncapped, performance-based commission. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and driven to generate and close residential roofing projects throughout the Denver metro area.

Position:
As a Residential Roofing Sales Consultant, you will operate as an independent contractor managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through project completion. This is a field-based, production driven role requiring ownership of the entire customer experience from initial contact to final build documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Generating and cultivating leads (door-to-door, self-generated, referral, retail, or insurance-based) Conducting roof inspections and documenting findings Setting ladders for municipal inspections when required Capturing detailed inspection and build-progress photos Preparing and presenting estimates and proposals Negotiating and managing insurance claim processes when applicable Addressing customer questions and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project Coordinating with operations to ensure accurate scope and project execution Overseeing the customer relationship until project completion Capital Construction provides backend operational support including: CRM system Estimating software Poject management access Branding and marketing materials Yard signs Supplementing support for insurance claims Optional company email Company-provided leads at management discretion Independent contractors are expected to provide their own transportation, inspection equipment, ladder access, and personal sales tools. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with an uncapped commission structure. Commission percentages increase based on performance and production milestones, with starting rates determined by experience and prior results. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer for coordination and performance alignment. Success in this position requires strong self-discipline, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining professional collaboration with the internal team.
Commission:
This is a 100% commission-based 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is paid as a percentage of gross profit per project, with commission rates starting at 10% of gross profit and increasing up to 25% of gross profit based on production volume and performance milestones.

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (roofing or home services strongly preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to manage pipeline and follow through from inspection to contract Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation No roofing experience? Candidates must demonstrate strong sales aptitude and coachability.
