Job Description

Job Summary Pine Country Trailers Sales is seeking an energetic, self-motivated sales professional ready to hit the ground running! This immediate opening is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about driving sales growth. Focus will be on sales of Trailers, Truck Beds, and Snow Plows. As an experienced salesperson, you will leverage your expertise in sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) transactions to expand our market presence. Your ability to upsell effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to your success. Join us and be part of a team that values proactive outreach, strategic thinking, and relentless motivation to achieve targets. Responsibilities Great on site clients, and take phone call leads. Conduct calls and outreach efforts via phone and in person to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Engage with clients through presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs while highlighting the value of our offerings. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress efficiently. Support the sales team with production of online content to drive client contact and sales growth. Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively. Demonstrated ability in retail sales, customer service, outbound calling. Knowledge of online content creation. Basic photography of inventory a plus. Experience working within dealership environments or retail settings is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. A proactive attitude with high motivation levels; self-starter who thrives on achieving goals independently. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
