Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage student billing, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
Community Communication:
Act as the point of contact for current students, handling questions regarding schedules, memberships, and school events. Manage our internal newsletter and messaging groups to ensure students and families are informed about upcoming tests, seminars, and school news.
System Optimization:
Assist in refining our automated/manual lead and student follow-up systems and ensuring our CRM/database is consistently updated and accurate. Qualifications Strong background in customer success, retention, or community management. Strong verbal communication skills for both outbound sales calls and in-house sales. Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in social media content creation with a focus on high-energy, authentic storytelling. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both children and adults. A professional, welcoming demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service to our local community.
