JOB SUMMARY
Are You a Hunter? We're looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory. Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals Win new accounts and expand existing ones Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience Track activity and opportunities in CRM Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Valid driver's license and ability to manage a territory

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
