Who You Are:
We are looking for a competitive Outside Sales Representative to use their Sales skills to convert prospective customers into new account closes. The successful salesperson will meet and work prospects, forming business relationships through networking, face-to-face canvassing, cold calling and other methods. This candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and proposing services through Sales Presentations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Setting appointments
  • Lead Generation
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for potential customers
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and team
  • Effectively negotiate and close business
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Maintain accurate records, calendar, enter data in CRM and prepare reports as requested
  • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Solid work ethic, goal driven and self-motivated
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and demonstrated follow-up abilities.
  • Basic to intermediate computers skills including MS Office
  • Able to pass background check
  • College degree preferred but not required What We Bring to the

  • Base salary + commissions + bonus incentives.
  • Outstanding benefits package; includes, paid vacation and health insurance plan.
  • Car and cell phone allowance.
  • Base salary $40k + commissions + benefits (after 90 days) + cell/auto allowance. 1st year total income expectations $50k
