  • Manage and grow an existing book of installer and automotive customer accounts
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers throughout the territory
  • Drive year-over-year sales growth within assigned accounts
  • Travel daily throughout the South San Francisco territory, meeting with customers
  • Present promotions, sales initiatives, and new product offerings
  • Identify growth opportunities through CRM reporting and sales analysis
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Partner closely with branch managers and inside sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with product training and online ordering adoption
  • Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans What They're Looking For
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience within automotive distribution, wholesale distribution, parts distribution, or logistics required
  • Automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-facing experience
  • Proven success growing accounts and hitting aggressive sales goals
  • CRM experience required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Ideal Backgrounds
