WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a professional, face-to-face sales role working directly with homeowners. You will learn how to uncover customer needs, present solutions, and guide projects from consultation to completion. Meet with 2 to 4 homeowners each day Identify comfort, efficiency, and window performance concerns Present customized upgrade options and recommendations Support customers throughout the process, from first meeting to installation Weekly coaching and hands-on training will help you develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Month:

$5,000•8,000

Established Sales Reps:

$12,000•20,000+ per month

Sales Leadership:

$200,000•250,000+ annually Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers consistently exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
