In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key ambassador for the store, driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service. As a leader on the floor, you will support daily operations, manage team members, and uphold store standards. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will inspire your team to meet and exceed sales goals, foster a welcoming environment, and maintain smooth store functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills and make a meaningful impact within our vibrant retail community. Responsibilities Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder Support recruiting efforts through interviewing and onboarding new team members Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales processing Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards Maintain organized store environment through effective stocking, inventory control, and housekeeping tasks Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to boost store visibility and sales Manage scheduling shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while practicing effective time management Uphold store policies related to employee orientation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative duties Experience Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within retail sales or similar environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling Experience with merchandising, marketing strategies, and wireless sales is advantageous Familiarity with recruiting, interviewing, training & development processes Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in grocery stores or retail environments emphasizing customer service excellence is preferred Join us as a Sales Lead/Key Holder where your energy fuels our success!
