Job Description
Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families say "yes" to life-saving swim lessons? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a Sales Lead to help drive enrollments, support families through the decision-making process, and play a key role in our school's growth.
What You'll Do Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments Follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours with confidence and care Educate families on lesson options, schedules, and promotions Support front desk staff with sales training and best practices Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed Represent Aqua-Tots with professionalism, warmth, and integrity What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales a plus) Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset Availability for evenings and weekends Why Join Aqua-Tots Meaningful work centered on child safety and confidence Leadership growth and development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture Competitive pay with performance incentives If you love helping families, enjoy sales conversations, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
