Leasing Commissions Realistic Earnings:
$65K•75K+ Annually A growing Colorado-based multifamily ownership group is seeking a sales-driven Centralized Portfolio Leasing Specialist to support leasing activity across a portfolio of Denver-area apartment communities. This is not a traditional "sit at a property and wait for walk-ins" leasing role. This position is heavily focused on: Managing a leasing pipeline Following up with prospects Converting leads into leases Selling over the phone Working within CRM/property management systems Managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously The role is approximately 90% office-based, so candidates must be comfortable working in a structured office environment while spending much of the day on the phone, inside systems, and actively managing leasing activity. Leasing experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong backgrounds in: Sales Retail sales Hospitality Customer engagement Phone sales Commission-driven environments What You'll Be Doing Managing leasing leads across multiple apartment communities Responding to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally Executing outbound follow-up campaigns to convert prospects Managing lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion activity Conducting virtual and occasional onsite tours Tracking pipeline activity and maintaining accurate prospect notes Updating listings and marketing platforms Working daily within CRM and property management software What We're Looking For Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable selling over the phone Organized and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems Self-motivated and performance-driven Comfortable working in an office environment for most of the day Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when needed Schedule Tuesday-Saturday | Day Shift Compensation & Benefits $23•25/hr base pay Competitive leasing commissions Realistic total earnings of $65K•75K+ Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Apartment discounts Career growth opportunities within a growing ownership group If you enjoy sales, pipeline management, relationship-building, and turning conversations into results, we'd love to connect.
